Marketing manager

We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic and capable person to oversee our websites and social presence, produce weekly email newsletters as well as audience-focused campaigns, deliver actionable analysis across several platforms, drive up site traffic and adoption of our new digital content delivery apps, and tend to (and endlessly improve) our amazing audience data.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and carrying out integrated marketing campaigns across multiple products and brands, across email and social/online

  • Identifying target audiences for specific products and services and producing comprehensive marketing programme across multiple platforms ie email, direct mail, phone, social media, partnerships etc

  • Be responsible for our Salesforce CRM and the quality and completeness of our contact data alongside our community engagement team

  • Collaborating with the content and events teams to develop lead generation for our events

  • Writing and editing high-quality, compelling copy, which is accurate and grammatically correct, making sure that all communications demonstrate the defined value proposition for the brand

  • Agreeing campaign timelines with stakeholders internal and external, and ensuring campaigns and activities are carried out to project timelines

  • Developing and maintaining all relevant marketing and sales collateral to support marketing campaigns and defined commercial needs. Briefing comprehensive, accurate and creative designs to design workers, ensuring minimal amends and efficiency

  • Maintain and build the business’s brands’ digital and social media channels and platforms

  • Analytics - provide data-led feedback to the business and clients on all campaigns, projects and channels/platforms

  • Negotiate alliances and partnerships with third parties to promote our products and services

  • Be responsible for our Salesforce CRM and the quality and completeness of our contact data

  • Leverage Pardot to drive increasing engagement and success from email marketing

Ideally you should be familiar with these marketing technologies:

  • Salesforce (Opportunity management solution and CRM)

  • Pardot (Marketing automation and email)

  • WordPress

  • Google Analytics or similar

Reporting Lines

This role will report directly to one of the co-CEOs,with a dotted line to the other co-CEO, and will work closely with everyone in the business across sales, content and events teams.


£30,000 to £35,000 + benefits and profit pool/share
